We are migrating all services on cobweb.negate.ca to a new home on horsetail.negate.ca. We plan to fully decomission cobweb in early 2025. You may experience service disruptions in the meantime.

Our services operate using hardware both in Canada and Germany. Content is sometimes distributed using the Cloudflare network.
